After 26 years in the restaurant industry as an executive chef and restaurateur all over the country, he sought to expand his culinary freedom and celebrate food the way it should be celebrated, simple and delicious. Biscuit & Pickles not only delivered to my venue, they delivered with taste, texture and satisfied everyone's sweet tooth with this variety of deliciousness! We ordered S'mores Pot de Creme, Pot de Creme, Crème Brûlée, Berry crumb bars and Lemon Meringue cupcakes with homemade lemon curd filling. Dustin is a wonderful chef and I've tried a few of his dishes. The desserts were so amazing we were very pleased and highly recommend this catering company for small or large events.
